Self Compassion is part of my Enlightenment exhibition. Drawing on inspiration from the attributes we use when rising from adversity & trauma.
For me, Self Compassion gives us permission to tenderly hold all the parts that make us who we are. The gold tears representing the wounded and unhealed parts of our story as we hold these parts closely and lovingly.
